The 37-foot Genesis Fifth Wheel sleeps 7 individuals with a king bed in the main cabin, two queen bunk beds, and a fold out couch in the living area. The trailer features a shower, toilet, refrigerator, microwave, stove, outdoor shower and retractable awning. Furniture includes bunk beds, two recliners, and a couch (which can be made into a bed), as well as two tables, and plenty of counter space. There is a TV in the living space and bedroom. The bedroom consists of a king sized bed, two windows, plenty of counter space, overhead lighting, access to the bathroom, and plenty of storage space for clothing. The trailer comes equipped with bedding for each bed and bath linens. Dishwater and utensils are included, as well as pots and pans. The refrigerator can be run on propane or electric. Electric at full hookups, propane for dry camping. Trailer is equipped with an onboard generator. The trailer can hold 160 gallons of fresh water when dry camping. The sewer clean out hose is located in the storage compartment as well as a freshwater hose, and clean out hose for full hookup conditions and for emptying the trailer after dry camping. For the freshwater hose there is a pressure gauge included.
